  • Maintain and enhance our internal Sales Process and team coordination.
  • Build and improve onboarding processes for new commercial hires to ensure seamless ramp-up.
  • Engage directly with customers to uncover needs, present solutions, and advance sales opportunities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and revenue targets.
  • Own the process of collaborating with healthcare buying groups and GPOs, driving strategies to position the company’s solutions effectively within these sales verticals.
  • Implement and integrate sales tools that improve efficiency and revenue outcomes.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal and inside sales to assist with collections, vendor onboarding, credentialing, and tax documentation.
  • Analyze performance data and provide insights that guide capital allocation, pipeline forecasting, territory mapping, and strategic decision-making.
  • Work with Sales Leadership on commission plans and ad hoc sales reporting.

What you will need:

  • 10+ years relevant experience, with a minimum of 5+ years prior experience in sales operations or sales support.
  • Experience in the medical technology industry is essential. Capital equipment experience is preferred.
  • Experience partnering with finance and cross-functional teams to support business decisions.
  • Strong operational reporting, presentation and computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in startup or scale-up environments is a strong advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Curiosity and passion to improve the lives of patients
