At Profound Medical, we’re committed to transforming patient care through innovative technologies. The Commercial Marketing Manager will drive real-world adoption of the TULSA procedure by providing targeted marketing support, tools, and education for sales teams, physicians, and patients. This is hands-on role that blends strategy with execution - driving physician engagement, patient awareness and seamless market adoption. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and practical experience in commercialization, ideally with a focus on product adoption.

What you’ll get to do:

  • Develop localized sales tools and training that enable regional sales teams to effectively educate and engage stakeholders about Profound Medical’s technologies and value proposition.
  • Support planning and executing product launches and marketing campaigns in target markets, ensuring seamless execution and measurable results.
  • Address gaps in physician or patient awareness and implement small-scale, targeted initiatives to address them, including educational materials, workshops, or digital outreach.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales teams to identify priority customer segments, build lead generation strategies, and support conversion through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Gather and analyze market feedback from sales teams, clinical stakeholders, and customers to drive continuous improvement of marketing tools, positioning, and campaign effectiveness.

You’ll bring with you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, commercialization, product adoption, ideally including experience supporting new procedure implementation.
  • Strong understanding of engagement, commercialization, including clinical adoption, referral dynamics, and education.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and project management abilities, with a proven track record working across global and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt marketing strategies and tools for regional needs, ideally within a highly regulated environment.

What will make you stand out:

  • Experience in medical devices is a plus, but healthcare commercialization experience from other sectors is also valuable.
