THE IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE:
NDI is seeking a Clinical Marketing Manager who can bridge the gap between the operating room and global marketing — transforming real-world clinical insights into strategic validation initiatives, compelling education, and evidence-based storytelling.
This highly visible role sits at the intersection of clinical expertise and global marketing strategy, driving KOL partnerships and strengthening NDI’s clinical foundation across global markets. The position supports thought leadership and continuous education initiatives across core and adjacent markets, while ensuring alignment between clinical insights, product development, and commercial strategy.
HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:
Clinical Validation & KOL Strategy
- Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), surgeons, researchers, OEM partners, and Medical Advisory Board members.
- Lead clinical validation initiatives, including real-world evidence generation and case collaborations.
- Facilitate clinical site engagement and develop partnership proposals that create mutual clinical and commercial value.
External Education & Thought Leadership
- Lead a continuous clinical education program for OEM partners and clinical stakeholders.
- Develop evidence-based content including case studies, webinars, whitepapers, blogs, workflow guides, and conference insight reports.
- Translate complex clinical and technical information into compelling, accessible messaging that supports product adoption.
Marketing Clinical Accuracy & Alignment
- Serve as the clinical subject matter expert for Global Marketing and cross-functional teams.
- Review and validate marketing materials, product claims, and campaigns for scientific accuracy and regulatory alignment.
- Support product launches with clinically grounded positioning and messaging while evolving NDI’s clinical value proposition.
Industry Engagement & Intelligence
- Represent NDI at medical congresses and industry events to strengthen KOL relationships and gather competitive and clinical insights.
- Identify speaking, publishing, and collaboration opportunities, and synthesize insights to inform marketing and product strategy.
Knowledge Acquisition & Internal Education
- Establish standards for clinical application knowledge across core and emerging markets.
- Monitor clinical literature and technological advancements, sharing insights with commercial and product teams.
- Develop and deliver internal clinical education initiatives across NDI.
EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in a technical, scientific, or medical discipline required; advanced clinical degree considered an asset.
- 5+ years of experience in clinical applications, clinical marketing, medical education, or medical device environments.
- Experience working directly with KOLs and clinical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of OR environments, OEM partnerships, and regulatory considerations.
- Ability to interpret and communicate clinical literature effectively.
ADDITIONAL STRENGTHS:
- Demonstrated ability to build high-trust clinical relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple organizational levels.
- Experience creating educational and thought leadership content.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
- Knowledge in medical devices, specifically optical and electromagnetic applications in markets including cranial, spine, ortho, cardiology, ENT, and thoracoabdominal.
- Willingness to travel to KOLs, tradeshows, and customer sites.
