Que ferez-vous ?

• Gestionnaire de données PM et calibrations : Entrer des données concernant des plans d’entretien préventif (PM) et calibrations dans les GMAO d’entretien et de calibration.
• Archiviste des BT et DEP : Archiver les BT (Bon de travail) et DEP (Directives d’entretien préventif) en format électronique et papier.
• Gestionnaire d'inventaire : Participer à la gestion des inventaires des pièces.
• Soutien aux investigations de qualité : Soutenir et suivre le processus d’investigation d’incidents de qualité et CAPA impliquant les services de maintenance, afin de contribuer à l’établissement des mesures correctives et des mesures préventives à apporter aux documents d’entretien et de calibration (SOP, documents de programmes PM et Calibration).
• Rapporteur KPI : Participer à fournir l’information pour des indicateurs de performance d’entretien (KPI), PM vs. CM, temps d’arrêt par mois vs. temps de production planifié.

Qu'allez-vous apporter ?

• Un apprenti(e) actif(ve) : Vous poursuivez actuellement votre baccalauréat dans un programme coopératif en génie électrique, logiciel, mécanique ou chimique et reprendrez vos études en hiver 2025. Vous êtes impatient d'assimiler de nouvelles connaissances et de relever les défis qui se présentent à vous.
• Connaissance de la technologie : À l'aise avec la suite Microsoft Office et SAP, vous êtes prêt à explorer et à utiliser divers outils et plateformes pour améliorer nos efforts. Expérience avec des outils de qualité tels que lean manufacturing et six sigma est un atout.
• Sens du détail, de l'organisation et de la gestion du temps : Vous faites preuve d'un grand sens du détail, d'organisation et de gestion du temps afin de maintenir les projets sur la bonne voie et de respecter les délais.
• Disponibilité : Prêt à s'engager à 37,5 heures de travail à temps plein dans nos bureaux de Kirkland, QC pour la durée de l’automne.

What Will You Do?

• PM and Calibration Data Manager: Enter data regarding preventive maintenance (PM) plans and calibrations into the maintenance and calibration CMMS.
• BT and DEP Archivist: Archive work orders (BT) and preventive maintenance directives (DEP) in electronic and paper formats.
• Inventory Manager: Participate in the management of parts inventories.
• Quality Investigation Support: Support and follow the investigation process of quality incidents and CAPA involving maintenance services, contributing to the establishment of corrective and preventive measures to be applied to maintenance and calibration documents (SOP, PM and Calibration program documents).
• KPI Reporter: Participate in providing information for maintenance performance indicators (KPI), PM vs. CM, downtime per month vs. planned production time.

What Will You Bring?

• Active Learner: Currently pursuing your Bachelor's degree in a co-op Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical or Software Engineering program and returning to your studies in Winter 2025, you're eager to absorb new knowledge and tackle challenges head-on.
• Technological Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP, you are ready to explore and utilize various tools and platforms to enhance our efforts. Experience with quality tools such as lean manufacturing and Six Sigma is an asset.
• Detailed, Organizational & Time Management Guru: Demonstrate your exceptional attention to detail, organizational and time management skills to keep projects on track and meet deadlines
• Availability: Ready to commit to 37.5 hours full-time position on-site at our offices in Kirkland, QC for the duration of the fall.
