**The Role
**We’re looking for a Business Analyst Co-op student to join our team for Summer 2026. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with operations, product, and leadership to help improve how we manage data, systems, and internal workflows in a dynamic MecTech start-up that is solving critical diagnostic challenges from the hospital to the battlefield.

You’ll report directly to Ryan Huffman, Director of Operations, and play a key role in supporting both strategic and day-to-day business functions.

Hybrid: London, ON (preferred) or Toronto, ON
May 1 – August 28, 2026

What You’ll Work On

• Analyze business operations and identify opportunities for process improvement

• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI to support decision-making

• Support and optimize internal tools (SharePoint, Jira, and other PM systems)

• Help build and organize our internal intranet site

• Assist with client relationship management (CRM) workflows and data tracking

• Support implementation and use of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems

• Contribute to HCM (Human Capital Management) system organization and reporting

• Additional project coordination and documentation support

What We’re Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Business, Analytics, or related program

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience or familiarity with tools like Power BI, SharePoint, and Jira, ERP, CMS, QMS, enterprise business solutions

• Interest in business operations, systems, and process improvement

• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across teams

• Ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced startup environment
