Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-directed Software QA Analyst. The ideal candidate will
have a deep understanding of QA principles, tools, and emerging technologies, ensuring the
delivery of high- quality software solutions. This role requires technical skills, leadership
capabilities, and a proactive approach to deliver a top-quality product. This position reports to the
Manager of Quality Assurance.

General Responsibilities:

• Create testing related documentations, including test plan, test strategies, test
  cases/scripts for an interconnected set of product features.
• Establish and maintain test harnesses, test data, and infrastructure to evaluate system
  performance effectively.
• Act as the subject matter expert in one or more technical domains of software testing.
• Operate at architecture and code level, driving technical discussions during
  design/implementation reviews.
• Be the technical QA expert in platform testing, cybersecurity testing, and other specialized
  testing activities as required and be knowledgeable at decision-marking to deliver high
  quality product.
• Demonstrate as a quick learner to pick up clinical domain knowledges and understand
  basic clinical workflow.
• Conduct risk-based analysis to define testing focus area based on metrics or data analysis
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects throughout the
  software development lifecycle.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance.
  

Required Skills/Experience:

• Software testing experience with experience in developing automation scripts.
• Expertise in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress, or similar).
• Coding experience with Javascript or Python.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration with testing frameworks.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team
  environment across multiple geographic locations and cultures.
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
  

Beneficial Skills/Experience:

• Experience testing/evaluating software against various hardware components (hard drive
  types, GPU/video cards, memory configurations, etc.)
  

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, biological
  sciences/medical/healthcare or related field
